Mammoth Sawmill is the home to one amazing machine. This monster machine has a working saw area of 66” x 60” and can cut logs up to 14’ in length. This large opening allows the Mammoth to not only saw large logs, but it can also cut up crotch and root systems. Carbide tipped saw blades and a 30hp motor allow it to easily cut through all types of woods. Don’t let its size fool you, this beast is as precise at it gets. It features full CNC controls and produces super straight cuts.

Custom cutting; It is a shame to waste good lumber on firewood. Instead bring us you logs and we can saw them into useful lumber. If you want to build a live edge table, custom bench or epoxy river table. The first step is to get your logs cut up. Our saw allows us to cut the largest of trees. Our working area is 66” x 60”. We can also cut up crotch and root systems. Sometimes the ugliest trees make the most beautiful pieces. Burl wood, spalting and other defects can add extra character to your special piece.
Resawing; Large beams or boards often need to be resized for new projects. Our machine can resize board up to 66″ in width.
Wide Board Sanding; We have a 10hp wide board drum sander capable of surfacing boards up to 50” in width.
The machine can sand boards up to 4” in height
